The Hawks managed to win the Premier Championship the following year, and has had plenty more successes since then.
The club celebrated its 25th reunion in 2013 with over 300 players returning to mix and mingle and relive the good old days.
The Hawks field two teams, the Premiers and the Reserves, in Northland's hotly contested Southern Districts competition. Home matches are shared between the Maungaturoto Country Club and the Kaiwaka Sports Complex and are well attended by our many vocal supporters.
Both of our senior Hawks teams, the Reserves and the Premiers, had a great season in 2015. The Premiers made it to the semi-finals. The Reserves secured their spot in the finals at Toll Stadium, and were just pipped at the post 16 – 18.

Our Under 14s team had a great surprise while training at the Country Club one evening. They were visited by More FM, Tane the Taniwha and a couple of Northland ITM Cup players. The boys were taken through some drills – that special training must have spurred them on, because they made it to the semi-finals!
